-I didn’t see this coming, but KG says he’s been battling an abdominal injury. It doesn’t appear to be a serious issue now, but if it continues Garnett will probably rest at the end of the season (during your fantasy playoffs) when the Celtics have the #1 seed locked up.

-Ben Gordon’s MRI showed no damage, so the Bulls leading scorer probably won’t miss too much more game time.

-Pau Gasol missed Friday’s game because of a stiff back and is not a sure thing to return tonight against the Wizards. Memphis has been going to a smaller lineup without Gasol, and Hakim Warrick looks to be the main guy getting his minutes.

-Horrible news for Suns fans like myself, as Grant Hill suddenly can’t stay on the court. He left Friday’s game with the Cavs because of a back problem, playing only two minutes. Leandrino and Boris Diaw should see more minutes.

-From Thursday, here’s ESPN.com’s Brian McKitish’s fantasy All-Star’s, but it’s really more of an all-value team. We’ll wait until the All-Star break for our list, but if you can’t wait it’s a good read.

-Another good story from Brock for Briglio, here’s some essential advice for fantasy baseballers.

-It’s not a good time for Paul Lo Duca. The new Nationals catcher was named in the Mitchell Report this off-season and now it’s been announced that he’s suffered a knee injury. He’ll be 36 in April and his power is almost completely gone. If this is a serious injury his fantasy prospects may be gone as well.

-Here’s an interesting story about the Saints off-season plans. Apparently it’s not even close to a given that the team will bring back Deuce McCallister, meaning that Reggie Bush could enter next year as the every down back. Incredible, given Bush’s lack of improvement over his first two years.
