-The Damon Stoudamire buyout saga is nearing completion, with Marc Stein reporting Boston and Phoenix are interested in the veteran point guard. He hasn’t been a fantasy factor since ‘04-05, and I doubt a trade to a contender will change that.
-Lots of injury news today. Despite his abdominal injury, Kevin Garnett is expected to play today against the Magic. Carmelo Anthony, on the other hand, will not play Sunday because of an ankle injury. The Nuggets All-Star said he hopes to return the lineup on Monday against New Orleans. Grant Hill doesn’t look like he’ll be able to play against the Bulls today because of back spasms. The East Valley Tribune is reporting that even if he does play, Boris Diaw will get the start. Chris Kaman will be a game-time decision for the Clippers game Monday because of a shin injury. Raymond Felton missed last nights game because of an ankle injury he says he’s been playing with all year. Finally, Kevin Durant missed practice because of a right quadriceps contusion and is day-to-day.
-Cuttino Mobley is back in the Clippers starting lineup and Quentin Ross is out. January has been good to Mobely, he’s averaging a season best 13.6 ppg this month and shooting 56 percent from three. He won’t ever be a 20 ppg scorer again, but he’s a good roster filler.

Poker sites for US players are somewhat hard to come by these days. Aside from the big ones, PokerStars and Full Tilt, mainly smaller, fairly unknown sites are available to Americans. It s a good idea to read a poker room review before you sign up with a site you don t know very much about.
